Cold Weather Emergency Accommodation

New Hope in conjunction with Watford Borough Council is running SWEP tonight. SWEP stands for Severe Weather Emergency Protocol and is activated when temperatures drop below zero degrees.

SWEP+ (our winter night shelter) will still be available as it is every night in December and January. But we will be offering an ADDITIONAL NINE BED SPACES at the Haven Support Centre tonight - Thursday 13th December.

Referrals can be made at The Haven, by calling our emergency 24 hour homelessness helpline 0300 012 0168 or by going to Shady Lane Police Station from 8pm-10pm.

If you do see someone sleeping rough, please call 0300 012 0168 or report their position with the Streetlink app on your mobile.
