A range of wellbeing centres across Hertfordshire, providing support and advice for adults experiencing mental health problems.
Offering:
Counselling Service at Wellbeing Centres.
Financial and Housing Advice in Partnership with Specialist Organisations.
A range of courses, including:
• Confidence Building.
• Employability.
• Managing Anger, Anxiety & Depression.
• Fitness.
• Arts & Crafts.
Crisis Support by Telephone and In-Person between 9am-5pm and Telephone support between 6pm-2am.
1-to-1 Support for Individuals Recovering from Mental Illness.
Cost: cost varies depending on service and individual’s income.
Eligibility Criteria: varies depending on service required.
Referral Procedure: fill in referral form and send to contacts stated on form.
