Offering:

VOIP meetings for audio only communication in which individuals may share their experiences with each other and help each other towards recovery.

Open and gender specific face-to-face meetings in which individuals may share and support each other.

Eligibility Criteria: individuals with current or historic misuse of drugs or alcohol.

Support network for the partners/families of alcoholics. Watford group meets on a Tuesday at 20.00.

Offering:

Family Group meetings where members share their experiences of living with alcoholism.

Links to regular telephone and internet meetings for those who would rather not attend in person.

Meetings specifically for young people (12-17) who have been affected by another’s alcoholism.
 

Cost: free to access.

Eligibility Criteria: anyone who has been affected by another person’s alcohol use.

Referral Procedure: no referral necessary.


Signpost

Early Intervention and Prevention Project for those living in Dacorum, Hertsmere, Three Rivers and Watford (funded by Hertfordshire County Council). A maximum of 12 sessions of counselling will be available for 10-19 year-olds who have not previously had support.

Counselling Plus Project for young people aged 10-25 who have not previously had support and living across Hertfordshire.

Offering:

Online Meetings in which individuals may share their experiences with each other d help each other towards recovery.

VOIP meetings for audio only communication between recovering addicts.

Open, Closed and gender specific face-to-face meetings.
