Watford Winter Shelter 2023/2024

It still feels like summer but winter is coming! New Hope will be running a winter shelter from 1 December 2023 to 31 March 2024 - a hot meal and emergency accommodation for people rough sleeping in the town. But we need your help to make it happen!

We need:

• support workers to run the shelter

• volunteers to help prepare the meals, set up the room, and man the reception area (three per evening 6pm to 11pm)

• a freezer so we can store additional food

• food donations, such as mince and vegetables for healthy, hot meals
