Please read our latest Impact report - Hope and a future.

Through stories and statistics from across our services – from Outreach Plus to the Tenancy Sustainment Team – you will see how people’s lives have been rebuilt, turned around, and transformed.

For Dave (pages 8-9), the transformation was relatively quick. Thankfully, he only spent one night on the streets before being accommodated by the Watford Winter Shelter and then supported into longer-term accommodation. Yet, for Piers (page 18), New Hope was the ‘only consistent part’ of his nine-year struggle with substance misuse and homelessness. We give thanks that Piers is now clean and living in his flat.

Please take your time reading Hope and a Future – you may be surprised to learn of all New Hope does! As you read, please remember behind every statistic and every number is a name. Whether it’s Dave or Jay (p.12-13) or Geoff or Piers, every person who comes to New Hope is known by name and treated as a precious individual, with dignity and respect.

Dave, Jay, Geoff, Piers and many many others all now have a ‘Hope and a Future’ because of the compassion and generosity of our supporters. We are so grateful to everyone who has helped fund our work, purchased items for the people we help, donated items to the shops, taken part in fundraising events, volunteered, prayed, or worked at New Hope over the last year.
