Donations will be doubled!

We found out yesterday that New Hope has been chosen to take part in the National Emergencies Trust Local Action Fund! This is great news!

This means that donations to our Crowdfunder Haven appeal will be matched by the National Emergencies Trust (up to the value of £250 per donation)!

So if someone donates £10, this will be matched by the National Emergencies Trust, and New Hope will receive £20!

Right now we are seeing 34 people accessing support from the Haven each day – in some cases, this may be phoning our emergency helpline for advice but the majority of people who come to us may be rough sleeping or hidden homeless such as sofa-surfing with friends and family or ask risk of losing their home.

Donations to the Haven enable us to provide meals for those who are hungry, clean clothes for those who need them and a friendly face to listen and advice for those facing homelessness.
