Gr8 News For The Tenancy Sustainment Team

On a snowy January afternoon, Prisca, manager of the Tenancy Sustainment Team met with Josh, Director at GS8, a property development company with an aspiration to support local charities working with those experiencing homelessness in the areas where developments are planned to take place.

Over a series of meetings, GS8 met with us to discuss ways in which they could support the work of New Hope and it was decided that the Tenancy Sustainment Team, supporting those at the end of their journey from homelessness would be the perfect pairing for a conscientious property developer.

Josh, Ben and the rest of the GS8 team have been so committed to their relationship with New Hope since the very first time we met in 2018 and recently announced that they have provided TST with an amazing grant of £16,235 to support those ready to return to independent living and the comprehensive range of services that TST offers to ensure that tenancies are maintained and that our residents still have a listening ear, a friendly face and expert knowledge available to them instead of facing their future alone.
