Rough Sleeping Prevention Service - Opens 12th September

As you will be aware, the Haven Support Centre closed at the end of June for a period of refurbishment ahead of the launch of the Rough Sleeping Prevention Service. Since starting the refurbishment process, we have discovered there is more work to be done than originally anticipated. Therefore, we are delaying the launch of this new service until Monday 12th September. 

We have established a temporary office in the grounds of the Haven Support Centre which is offering a basic service for those who are sleeping rough, including advice and food. Showers and laundry facilities are also available on request through a token system. This temporary office is open 9am-11.30am from Monday to Friday. Our 24/7 emergency phone line (0300 012 0168) remains operational.

Our Tenancy Sustainment Team, also based at the Haven Support Centre, is continuing to operate and staff can be contacted on 01923 252 729.
