Once New Hope service users have moved into their own accommodation, the Tenancy Sustainment Team (TST) is available to provide support to enable them to stay in their accommodation long term.

Offering:

Helping Solve Issues with Landlords.

Help with Completion of Benefit Forms.

Emotional Support and Organised Outings.
 

Cost: free to access

Eligibility Criteria: individuals who have or will soon have their own tenancy and need support to enable them to keep their tenancy.

Referral Procedure: referrals taken from New Hope services only. Fill out a referral form and email to tst@newhope.org.uk
