Long-term affordable homes for people who have been homeless and are now ready to live independently.

Offering:

4 and 5 room properties with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Off-site support.
 

Cost: two rates of rent, one for those who are working, and one for those claiming benefits. Base-rate of £148.84/week which includes bills. Service users are expected to pay for their own food.

Eligibility Criteria: single homeless men and women with low support needs. Must have lived in New Hope accommodation for 6 months and can prove that they have the means to pay the rent.

Referral Procedure: referral form to be filled out by the support worker and reviewed by TST.

Offering:

4 bedroom with shared kitchen and bathroom.

 Independent living facility.

 Off-site support.

Eligibility Criteria: men between  the ages  of 25-60yrs with complex needs including drug and alcohol issues.
