A registered social landlord and offer a range of housing solutions for offenders, catering for a wide spectrum of needs ranging from low to very high.
Offering:
Community houses.
Hostels.
Single bed houses.
Registered care homes (registered with the Care Quality Commission).
Private Rented Sector (PRS) accommodation.
Cost: cost of accommodation varies depending on service.
Eligibility Criteria: 18+ male and female offenders or those at risk of offending.
Referral Procedure: complete application form and send to referrals@langleyhousetrust.org along with OASys risk assessment, most recent Pre-sentence or Parole assessment Report, up to date list of previous convictions. Contact LHT should you need any support in gathering this info.

Open Door night shelter available for homeless individuals.

Emmaus

Emmaus communities provide a home and meaningful work to people who have experienced homelessness and social exclusion.
Offering:
Long term accommodation for homeless individuals.
Food, clothing and weekly allowance included.
Zero drug/alcohol tolerance.
Community membership.
Expectation to work as part of the ‘enterprise’ for 40 hours per week.
Cost: none. Residents are provided with accommodation and a living allowance in exchange for their work.
Eligibility Criteria: applicants must be able and willing to complete 40 hours p/w of manual work.
