Rob Edmonds

Head of Services

Rob is Deputy CEO at New Hope, and he oversees Workforce Development, the Tenancy Sustainment Team and Cultivate. He is also New Hope’s service user advocate and champions health and wellbeing with service users, staff and volunteers.

Rob joined the New Hope team in 1996 as part of a gap year and has never left. He has vast first-hand experience of working with homeless and vulnerably-housed people and is passionate about supporting the vulnerable within society, particularly those who have given up on everything – including themselves.

Rob has a theology degree and a post-graduate certificate in Addiction Studies. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Cosmina and their two young children. He’s attends Soul Survivor Church and when time allows watches as much cricket and football as he can (he’s a passionate supporter of Kent CCC and Arsenal).
